At The Beauty Paradise, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Return Conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where a return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the applicable refund or replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items
Beauty and personal-care products that have been opened or used may not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.
